This is venerable piece. I have never thought of yelling as a toxic love language. I need to digest this a bit more. I recognise yelling as a coping mechanism to the pain or unmet needs or a sign of overstimulated nerve/ feeling overwhelmed. Indeed it can be pattern we learnt from our parents. This awareness is a gateway to breaking this pattern for yourself and your future generations. I am working on this too. Cheering you on.
