It could be that we - women are recognised for being empathetic. considerate. thorough and patient? However, I think we need all the helping hands for this very systematic topic. It takes time to change and even more effort to sustain it. However, DEI cannot be treated as a feel-good topic for corporations to pat themselves on the back. It must be understood as a survival strategy in a competitive labour market. I am still hopeful.
