I love this! DEI should not be treated as a feel-good/ PR topic.

You wrote about your experience in a very engaging way, and I believe other women can resonate.

To create change, companies must have a strong incentive, and what can be for business? --> MONEY.

The data should be collected and told as a business case - No kumbaya. Of course, we want them to care, but when that keeps failing us, we need to talk about a consequence in a way that can be understood. This means we need to discuss the impact of not taking DEI issues beyond the surface with the dollar sign attached behind each (in)action point.
