Amazing how our bodies store emotions. I learnt that different pain spots also tell us the emotion I should address. For example, the pain in my chest represents sadness. When I feel that my voice does not count, or I restrain myself from voicing my opinion, I would feel tension around my throat area.

I feel that we should teach this at home or school. It helps us bring ourselves to safety and has a health benefit.

What I experienced with shaking was that I could feel my emotion release, and I started to tear up. That is when I know I am OK. Did you experience the same?
