Absolutely! They fuel/create toxic culture but it is only responsible/professional to give him feedback and a chance for him to change. Now Wade can leave and be a brilliant arsehole in other companies. Giving him a chance and support he needs to make it happens then you get another loyal, pleasant to work with high performer.
